Buying sneakers online should be simple – but sizing confusion causes most returns. This guide breaks it down so you can order with confidence.
Step 1: Measure Your Foot
Place a sheet of paper against a wall. Stand on it with your heel touching the wall. Mark the longest toe, then measure in centimeters. Do this for both feet – most people have one foot slightly larger.
Step 2: Understand Size Systems
European sizes run in whole numbers (36, 37, 38). US sizes include halves (6, 6.5, 7). UK sizes run smaller than US by roughly one unit. When in doubt, use the longer of your two feet.
Step 3: Brand Fit Notes
- Nike Air Force 1: True to size for most. If you are between sizes, go half a size down for a snug fit.
- On CLOUDPULSE PRO: Runs slightly narrow. Wide feet may prefer going half a size up.
- General rule: Leave about a thumb width of space at the toe.
